I really enjoyed the Women in Leadership Leading with MQ course. It was welcoming, encouraging, and gave me lots to think about in a really positive way. Our group was fantastic and I will miss our training sessions.

The course helped me understand more about MQ and Motivational Intelligence, especially how our mindset and confidence can affect the way we lead, communicate, and support others. My key

learnings were around believing in myself more, recognising what can hold me back, and using practical tools to become a more confident and effective leader.

"I found the Women in Leadership – Leading with MQ course really valuable and it genuinely made me stop and think about how I show up as a leader day to day. I felt comfortable and engaged throughout; it wasn’t just theory, it actually made me reflect on real situations I deal with in work. The course has genuinely given me a different perspective on leadership, motivation and performance. What I found particularly valuable was that it went beyond theory and focused on practical, real-world application. The Leading with Change and Executive Coaching programme has been an extremely valuable experience. It created the space to step back, reflect, and think more intentionally about how I lead during periods of change and pressure. The coaching conversations were insightful, supportive, and appropriately challenging, helping me recognise both my strengths and the habits that can sometimes hold me back.

What stood out most was how practical and relevant the sessions were to real leadership situations. I came away with greater self-awareness, more confidence in my role, and clear actions I could apply immediately.
